It’s Official: World Record Longest Continual Row

8 Hours, 41 minutes, 20 seconds.

What better way to demonstrate how important it is to be committed to fitness, than to achieve a world record in the Concept2 Indoor Rower where he was required to row at least 50 minutes of every hour in order to call this a “continuous” row.
