My 3-4-Thursday Tips:
1. Book recommendation… “Ready To Run“, by Kelly Starrett. If you know of Kelly’s work, it’s based on the belief that we should be able to do most of our own therapies. I think this is a must-have for any runner or fitness trainer.
2. Daily routine or habit that has caught my attention…. The 10-minute guideline outlined above and in my blog post here. It’s not so much about the results I’m getting with the flexibility of my feet, as much as it is about the inspiration I’m getting to apply this technique to other areas of my life that I would like to improve. My plan is to add one new thing a month. I’ll keep you posted on how things go.
3. Business Growth Idea... March is a great time of the year to promote your fitness business. There is an energy people have for nice weather. And of course, people are concerned, whether they tell you or not, about how they’re going to look with fewer clothes on in the summertime. This is a perfect time begin to promote that you have a plan for people to look good in their swimsuits. I have done a number of these campaigns so don’t hesitate to contact me if you’d like a couple of ideas.
